Sandhills/Thedford entered their tilt with Gibbon on Saturday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Buffaloes. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Laney Dahlberg paced Sandhills/Thedford's offense, picking up four kills. Dahlberg got some help from Grace Johnston and her seven assists. Matelyn Zutavern controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Sandhills/Thedford's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Gibbon, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-20.

Sandhills/Thedford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Arcadia/Loup City on the 11th. As for Gibbon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Ravenna on the 11th.
