Guthrie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Noble Bears, falling 64-41. One positive for the Bluejays, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Guthrie's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Noble, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-5.

Guthrie will square off against Collinsville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Noble has already played their next match, a 52-46 loss against Elgin on the 14th.
