Baseball Recap: Star-Spencer Comes Up Short

Star-Spencer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-0 to the Northwest Classen Knights. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Bobcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Star-Spencer's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Northwest Classen, they pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Star-Spencer will head out to square off against Douglass at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. Northwest Classen will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bartlesville at 4:00 p.m. on March 24th.
