Basketball Game Preview: Eisenhower Eagles vs. Capitol Hill Redwolves

Eisenhower is on a four-game streak of home losses, Capitol Hill an 18-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. The Eisenhower Eagles will welcome the Capitol Hill Redwolves at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Last Friday, Eisenhower was beaten by Norman 86-20. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Capitol Hill took a blow against Edmond Santa Fe last Tuesday, falling 78-25. While losing is never fun, the Redwolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 390th, while the Wolves are ranked 69th).

Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Capitol Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.

Everything came up roses for Eisenhower against Capitol Hill when the teams last played back in January, as the squad secured an 82-41 victory. Will Eisenhower repeat their success, or does Capitol Hill have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
