Softball Recap: Marshall Takes a Loss

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta hit Marshall with a five-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. Marshall lost 10-0 to Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Marshall of the 6-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Coming up, Marshall will square off against New Ulm at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta, they will take on B O L D at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
