Football Game Preview: Wareham vs. Greater New Bedford RVT

Greater New Bedford RVT have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will take on Wareham at 7:00 PM. Greater New Bedford RVT are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 6-47, which was the final score in Greater New Bedford RVT's tilt against Dighton-Rehoboth Regional last Friday. Greater New Bedford RVT were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-35.

Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Wareham, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They lost to Case by a decisive 8-28 margin. Wareham were down by 0-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
