Basketball Game Preview: Marvin Ridge Mavericks vs. Myers Park Mustangs + How To Watch

The Marvin Ridge Mavericks will face off against the Myers Park Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Wednesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Marvin Ridge beat South Mecklenburg 54-48.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Myers Park). They took down Charlotte Catholic 47-29 on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Mustangs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Myers Park's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Marvin Ridge, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Marvin Ridge was able to grind out a solid victory over Myers Park when the teams last played back in December of 2024, winning 51-41. Do the Mavericks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mustangs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
