Baseball Game Preview: Radnor Raptors vs. Marmion Cadets

The Radnor Raptors will take on the Marmion Cadets at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Radnor's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Celebration 1-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raptors.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marmion). They put the hurt on Enderlin with a sharp 18-1 win on Sunday. Winning may never get old, but the Cadets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Trajan Storto-Featherson looked comfortable as he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Emmit Collins was incredible, going 4-for-5 with two triples, four RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady King, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Marmion always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .684. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Enderlin only posted an OBP of .389.

Radnor's record now sits at 2-0. As for Marmion, their record now sits at 5-2-1.
