Baseball Recap: Scott Comes Up Short

Scott was the 10-0 winner over Lloyd Memorial when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Juggernauts by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday.

Scott's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Lloyd Memorial, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Scott will face off against Grant County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Eagles 3.8, the Braves 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Lloyd Memorial, they will square off against Highlands at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
