Colfax was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Elmwood/Plum City on Monday. The Vikings never let the Wolves get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won six matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Colfax has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Elmwood/Plum City, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.

Coming up, Colfax will be playing at home against Glenwood City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Elmwood/Plum City, they will host Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
