Soccer Recap: James F. Byrnes' Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Spartanburg kept up with James F. Byrnes until halftime on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Rebels were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Vikings. Tre Segarra was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The win was the third in a row for James F. Byrnes, bringing their record up to 7-6-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three contests. As for Spartanburg, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.
