Football Recap: Terry Sanford Bulldogs vs. Westover Wolverines        
        
		
             Terry Sanford had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They blew past the Westover Wolverines, posting  a  34-6 win on the road. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won four games by 27  points or more  so far this season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Terry Sanford to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jacob Moore, who rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 165 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. Another back making a difference was  Sebastian O?Keefe, who rushed for 165 yards on only ten carries.
 Terry Sanford wouldn't let Westover keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Terry Sanford can thank  Christian Carter and  Asa Robinson for forcing both of them. Robinson is also on a roll when it comes to  total tackles, as he's  now  made five or more in the last 14 games he's  played dating back to last season.  Justice Clifton was another major factor on D,  picking up  two  sacks and making eight total tackles (6.0 for loss).
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Terry Sanford was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 263  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 203  rushing yards in five consecutive  matches.
 Despite the loss, Westover still got an impressive performance from   Richard Vanderhost, who threw for 224 yards and a touchdown. A healthy portion of that aerial production (83 yards to be exact)  went to  JaDon Rourk.
 Terry Sanford pushed their record up to 6-2 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Westover, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.
 Terry Sanford will challenge E.E. Smith at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. E.E. Smith will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  points each  matchup than the last. As for Westover, they will face off against Western Harnett at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Westover is facing Western Harnett at the right time seeing as Western Harnett is stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak.
