Soccer Recap: Wisconsin Dells Takes a Loss

After flying high against Aquinas last Saturday, Wisconsin Dells came back down to earth. The Chiefs came up short against the Edgewood Crusaders on Saturday, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Wisconsin Dells can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 104th, while Edgewood are ranked ninth).

Wisconsin Dells now has a losing record of 1-2-3. As for Edgewood, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.

Wisconsin Dells didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 victory against Nekoosa on the 16th. As for Edgewood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-2 draw against Sauk Prairie on the 16th.
