Volleyball Recap: Gadsden County Comes Up Short at Home Against Godby

Gadsden County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Godby Cougars on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Jaguars have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-13, 25-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gadsden County will venture away from home to challenge Aucilla Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Godby, they will head out to square off against North Florida Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
