Basketball Recap: Hurley Comes Up Short

Hurley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The game between them and the Walnut Grove Tigers didn't end well, with the Hurley Tigers falling 65-50. Hurley was not able to make up for their defeat to Walnut Grove from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Hurley's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Walnut Grove, they pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Hurley Tigers take on the Billings Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Walnut Grove, they will be home for the holidays to greet Galena at 6:00 p.m. on December 17th.
