Baseball Recap: Atlantic Takes a Loss

Atlantic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Harlan Cyclones. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by just one run.

Atlantic's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Harlan, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Harlan beat Atlantic by a score of 11-8 later that day.
