Baseball Recap: ConVal Comes Up Short

ConVal managed to slip by Bow the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cougars lost 11-0 to the Falcons on Monday. The Cougars just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

ConVal saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Garret Rousseau, who went 1-for-3 with one double. That double marked the first that Rousseau has hit this season.

ConVal's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Bow, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. ConVal is set to challenge their familiar foe Pelham at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bow will square off against rival Kennett at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
