Cooper Baxter's Big Game Leads Monache over Hanford West

Starting off the list is Monache's Cooper Baxter, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Baxter rushed for 236 yards and three scores on only 15 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 69 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

The win (which was Monache's third in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Baxter and the Marauders will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on El Diamante at 7:30 p.m. on October 3.

Porterville's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. Looking ahead, Roberts and the Panthers will take on Exeter at 7:30 p.m. on the 26th.

Mark Salinas Makes It Two for Porterville

Redwood now has a winning record of 3-2. Feldstein and the Rangers will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Porterville at 7:30 p.m. on October 3.
