Long County barely beat Southeast Bulloch the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Long County Blue Tide were the clear victor by a 5-2 margin over the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets on Tuesday. The Blue Tide might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by three goals or more this season.

The win (which was Long County's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. As for Southeast Bulloch, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-1.

Long County and Southeast Bulloch should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Long County will square off against Groves at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday up 180 places (91 vs. 271). Meanwhile, Southeast Bulloch (ranked 71st) will meet Islands (ranked 215th) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
