Volleyball Recap: Reed Raiders vs. Fernley Vaqueros
Reed faced Fernley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vaqueros. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Vaqueros earlier this season, when they won 2-0.
Fernley was led to victory by Alauna Escartin and Jocelyn Escartin. Alauna had six digs and two aces, while Jocelyn had 11 digs and one assist.
