While Manchester might've come up empty on Wednesday, Evan Estep wasn't going down without a fight. Estep pitched 5.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs he has had since back in April of 2024.

Estep and Manchester will venture away from home to take on DeKalb at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
