Even though the Tuttle Tigers scored an imposing 59 points on Tuesday, the Ada Cougars still came out on top. Ada enjoyed a cozy 73-59 victory over Tuttle.
Ada's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Devon Maccollister led the charge by scoring 20 points along with five assists. Another player making a difference was Keith Cook, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Ada pushed their record up to 15-6 with that victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Tuttle, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-10.
Ada will be playing in front of their home fans against Seminole at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Seminole will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 305th, while Ada is ranked 73rd). Tuttle does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
