Baseball Recap: Clay County Comes Up Short

Clay County lost against White County on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Warriors, falling 7-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clay County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for White County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Clay County will square off against Livingston Academy at 2:40 p.m. on Friday. As for White County, they will be taking part in a tournament against Jackson County at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
