Softball Game Preview: Phillips Wildcats vs. Brooks Eagles

The Phillips Wildcats will challenge the Brooks Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Brooks is headed out to face a Wildcats squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Phillips lost 17-0 to Curie on Monday.

Meanwhile, Brooks had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. Everything went their way against Victoria Soto as Brooks made off with a 13-1 victory.

Danielle Addo was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-2. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of Adamari Lopez, who scored a run and stole Four bases. while going 1-for-2.
