DeForest won the last time they faced Waterloo and things went their way on Saturday too. The Norskies had just enough and edged out the Pirates 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Norskies.

Haylin Arnold paced DeForest's offense, picking up 12 kills. Arnold got some help from Morgan Bentel and her 17 assists.

DeForest's victory bumped their record up to 25-10. As for Waterloo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-9.

DeForest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Ashwaubenon on the 18th. Waterloo has also already played their next matchup (against Greendale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
