Softball Game Preview: Tremont Eagles vs. West Lowndes Panthers

Tremont is on a four-game streak of home losses, and West Lowndes a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Tremont Eagles will host the West Lowndes Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Tremont's offense. They lost 19-0 to Smithville on Tuesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Eagles haven't been shut out since back in February.

Meanwhile, West Lowndes also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Ingomar on Monday, falling 18-0.

Tremont's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for West Lowndes, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
