Basketball Recap: McLoughlin Takes a Loss

McLoughlin lost against Burns back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The McLoughlin Pioneers were beaten by the Burns Hilanders 57-29. The match marked the Pioneers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

McLoughlin's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Burns, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

McLoughlin has already played their next match (against Nyssa), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Burns has already played their next game, a 58-55 loss against Riverside on the 25th.
