After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Franklin, Arcadia was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They snuck past the Washington Jaguars with a 20-14 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Firebirds as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Arcadia's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zachary Giddins, who rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Ryheim Pettit, who threw for 136 yards and a touchdown.
