Baseball Game Preview: Dearborn Pioneers vs. Churchill Chargers

For the second straight game, Dearborn will face off against Churchill. The Pioneers will challenge the Chargers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Churchill hit Dearborn with a four-run first inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Pioneers lost 10-2 to the Chargers. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dearborn saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Glenn Scurlock, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Dearborn now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Churchill, their victory bumped their record up to 19-6-1.
