Lutheran lost to Clarenceville back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Lutheran Warriors slipped by the Clarenceville Trojans 57-56. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by just one point.

Jayden Means was a one-man wrecking crew for Lutheran as he went 6-for-10 to rack up 22 points and four steals. Means is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Nathan Yakobe was another key player, putting up 13 points and five rebounds.

The win (which was Lutheran's third in a row) raised their record to 5-14. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.3 points over those games. As for Clarenceville, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-12.

Coincidentally, Lutheran and Clarenceville will both be playing Novi Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Clarenceville will host Novi Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Lutheran will host them at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th.
