Softball Recap: Clayton Comes Up Short

Clayton lost to Woodstown back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Clippers took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolverines. The Clippers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clayton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Woodstown, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Clayton is taking a road trip to face off against Pitman at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Woodstown, they will host Deptford at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
