Recap: Lynn Classical Rams vs. Lynn English Bulldogs
The Lynn Classical Rams suffered their biggest loss since December 16, 2023 on Saturday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 78-52 walloping at the hands of Lynn English. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Lynn Classical has suffered against Lynn English since February 7, 2020.
Lynn English's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joshua Anderson, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Anderson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kyle Kemembin, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Lynn Classical now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Lynn English, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.
Lynn Classical will be playing in front of their home fans against Somerville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lynn English will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Charlestown at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th.
