The Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils will challenge the Penn Hills Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Mt. Lebanon came up short against North Allegheny and fell 28-19. The defeat continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Penn Hills played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Pine-Richland and fell 63-19. The Indians were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.

Penn Hills' loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-5. As for Mt. Lebanon, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Mt. Lebanon couldn't quite get it done against Penn Hills in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 as they fell 42-34. Thankfully for the Blue Devils, Naytel Mitchell (who rushed for 184 yards and three TDs) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
