Baseball Recap: Patterson Comes Up Short

Patterson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Ascension Christian, falling 23-7.

Patterson's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Ascension Christian, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Patterson will take on Westgate at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ascension Christian, they will head out to square off against Delcambre at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Ascension Christian will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
