Baseball Game Preview: Casey-Westfield Warriors vs. Maroa-Forsyth Trojans

The Casey-Westfield Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, Casey-Westfield came up short against Mt. Carmel and fell 7-4.

Meanwhile, Maroa-Forsyth got themselves on the board against Williamsville on Tuesday, but Williamsville never followed suit. They came out on top against the Bullets by a score of 5-0.

Maroa-Forsyth has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Casey-Westfield, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-9.
