Orono was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Central on Friday. The Riots blew past the Red Devils 10-0. The win continues a trend for the Riots in their matchups with the Red Devils: they've now won four in a row.

Logan Williams was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Williams is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Jack Brewer also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Orono was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .321 or higher in four consecutive games.

Orono pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
