Basketball Game Preview: Cassopolis Rangers vs. Bloomingdale Cardinals + Official Tickets

Cassopolis has gone a perfect 10-0 against Bloomingdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Rangers will be playing at home against the Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Tuesday, everything came up roses for Cassopolis against Marcellus as the squad secured a 61-30 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-16.

Lucas Williams was a one-man wrecking crew as he shot 40% from the field to rack up 17 points and seven steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Tre Peterson Evans, who put up seven points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Cassopolis was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Marcellus only posted three.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloomingdale). They walked away with a 72-64 victory over White Pigeon on Tuesday.

Cassopolis has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 65.5 points this season. As for Bloomingdale, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Cassopolis strolled past Bloomingdale in their previous meeting back in February by a score of 76-58. Will the Rangers repeat their success, or do the Cardinals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
