Baseball Recap: Archbishop Hoban Gets the Win

Archbishop Hoban won against Louisville on Monday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Knights never let the Leopards get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The Knights have beaten the Leopards the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Leopards has come to flipping the script.

Archbishop Hoban's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Louisville, they dropped their record down to 7-9 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Archbishop Hoban will face off against Steele at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Knights 3.4, the Comets 2.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Louisville, they will challenge Boardman at 5:00 p.m. on May 7.
