Recap: Paradise Bobcats vs. Yreka Miners

The Paradise Bobcats and the Yreka Miners squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but sadly the Paradise Bobcats had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Miners on the road and fell 90-41. Paradise lost against Yreka in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 67-49 score last time.

Jayden Dunbar had a dynamite game for Yreka, scoring 28 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dunbar has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Skyler McLane, who scored 16 points.

Paradise's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Yreka, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-16.

Paradise does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Yreka, they will head out on the road to take on University Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. University Prep will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Yreka surely won't give up without a fight.
