Liberty came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 65-53 win over the Fort Osage Indians. Given the Blue Jays' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Indians are ranked 301st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Liberty pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Fort Osage, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Liberty wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 53-51 defeat against Raytown South on the 29th. Fort Osage has also already played their next game, an 84-83 win against Central on the 29th.
