Basketball Recap: Delta Takes a Loss

Delta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Barrow Whalers 67-39. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-32 on Friday.

Delta's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Barrow, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Coming up, Delta will challenge Hutchison at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Barrow, they will be taking part in a tournament against Kodiak at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
