Basketball Recap: Drummond Takes a Loss

On Monday, the Drummond Lumberjacks didn't have quite enough to beat the Flambeau Falcons and fell 59-57.

Chanse Ludescher was nothing short of spectacular for Flambeau: he went 7 of 11 en route to 18 points in addition to eight rebounds and six steals. Another player making a difference was Oliver Taylor, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 10 points and seven boards.

Drummond's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Flambeau, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1.

Drummond has already played their next match, a 44-37 loss against Solon Springs on the 9th. As for Flambeau, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 77-32 victory against Winter on the 9th.
