Soccer Recap: Nacogdoches Takes a Loss

Nacogdoches was the 2-0 winner over Tyler when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Nacogdoches Dragons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tyler Lions on Friday. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Lionel Castro, who's now up to three this season.

Nacogdoches' defeat dropped their record down to 10-6-3. As for Tyler, the victory got them back to even at 8-8-3.

Coincidentally, Nacogdoches and Tyler will both be playing Hallsville the next time they take the pitch. Nacogdoches will host Hallsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Tyler will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on March 14th.
