Volleyball Recap: Sunshine Bible Academy Comes Up Short

Sunshine Bible Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Tuesday.

Olivia Knox was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had six aces and three digs. Those six aces gave her a new career-high.

Sunshine Bible Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

Sunshine Bible Academy has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Iroquois on the 4th. As for Hitchcock-Tulare, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Sanborn Central/Woonsocket on the 4th.
