Volleyball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Tigers vs. East Hickman County Eagles

Mt. Pleasant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the East Hickman County Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

While Mt. Pleasant was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into East Hickman County's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 25-20.

East Hickman County was led to victory by Kylee Litton and Kanan Patel. Litton had 15 digs and five aces, while Patel had ten digs. Those ten digs gave Patel a new career-high.
