Stevens had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They put the hurt on the Tea Titans with a sharp 8-1 win. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

The team relied heavily on Teagen Smith, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Brady Waddell, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Stevens kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Stevens' victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

They will have a chance to go back-to-back against Tea: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
