Football Recap: Lynden Kilgore and Jayden Flournoy Pace Burleson Defense + How To Watch

Thursday just wasn't the day for Burleson's offense. They lost 21-0 to the Seguin Cougars on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 57 points in the game before, the Elks' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Burleson didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Lynden Kilgore and Jayden Flournoy.

Having lost for the first time this season, Burleson fell to 2-1. As for Seguin, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.
