Catawba Ridge is a perfect 9-0 against Lancaster since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Catawba Ridge Copperheads will take on the Lancaster Bruins at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Catawba Ridge's tournament run continued when they took on Ashley Ridge on Sunday. Catawba Ridge fell just short of Ashley Ridge by a score of 2-1. The Copperheads have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Joshua Zawlocki, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, Lancaster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Irmo, falling 6-1.

Catawba Ridge now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lancaster, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Catawba Ridge took their win against Lancaster in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1. Will Catawba Ridge repeat their success, or does Lancaster have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
