Volleyball Recap: Legacy Early College Takes a Loss

Legacy Early College was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Greenville H Hurricanes, falling 3-0. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Hurricanes when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Legacy Early College took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-15, 25-23.

Legacy Early College's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Greenville H, they pushed their record up to 20-4 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Legacy Early College will head out to square off against Wade Hampton at 6:00 p.m. on October 1. As for Greenville H, they will venture away from home to take on Boiling Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
