Volleyball Recap: Normal West Gets the Win

After losing to St. Charles East the last time they met, Normal West decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fighting Saints on Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-17.

The victory got Normal West back to even at 14-14. As for St. Charles East, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.

Normal West will venture away from home to challenge Peoria at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Charles East, they will take on Romeoville at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday.
